First: Is this chat 100% safe?

Well, it's as safe as possible. The host server provider is pro-free speech, and will not try to track anyone down.

Can't police be around here trying to locate people?

Not unless you say you've done something illegal or you post illegal material. The only way the police can locate you is to do two things: seize the server logs from our host company to get your IP number, and then get info from your ISP to match your IP number with you. The host company will not give server logs to the police unless there's a court order, and the only way there can be a court order is if there's evidence you've committed a crime. Simply being a BL is not a crime.

Second: What does this mean about anonymous e-mail account?

Anonymous email accounts are those that don't give out your IP number, which could be linked with your identity by contacting your ISP. Most email accounts do give out IP numbers, so they're not totally safe. Hushmail and marmotmail are safe because they don't give out IP numbers. Hushmail is free, but marmotmail is not. I'm pretty sure there are other safe email accounts, but I don't know what they are. I'm not an expert in this area. Cody knows more than I do on this topic. Hope he shows up.

Can't a person just put a false name in is own e-mail?

As I said, that's not completely safe because most email accounts give out your IP number. (You can see IP numbers of email you get by setting an option in your email reader to display full headers.)

Third: Is it dangerous for people to visit sites with any kind of chidren there or it is only dangeroous if they are naked?

It is not dangerous if the children are not naked and an erection is not apparent by a bulge in the boy's pants. If the children are naked, it should still be legal as long as there is no arousal evident and the pose does not appear sexual in any way. But the laws may vary depending on where you are.

Four: Area any of those sites dangerous to visit or they are only dangerous if we use credit card to see it?

I would definitely not use a credit card since someone who you don't know would have your identity and assume you're attracted to children. The people you give credit card info may not be police, but they could be vigilantes. Or police could force them to turn over credit card info if they suspect the company caters to pedophiles.

Five: What kind of proofs shall I give others and shall they give me so we can trust each other?

The nice thing about safe email is that you don't have to trust someone to email with them. After a few months, though, after you get to know what he's like, you get a sense of whether he's responsible and trustworthy.

Hope that helps, and I hope some other people add their ideas here!
